Those that say there's a strong 'plastic' smell need to be in an institue., March 22, 2011 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: PeaPod Plus Baby Travel Bed (Baby Product) **Edit. After using this fairly, but not so fairly often, the mattress popped. I was sad. I tried to patch it without an actual kit because I'm ignorant and, surprise, it didn't work. So... I thought I'd take a shot in the dark and contact OneStepAhead about the issue. They're sending me a new mattress free of charge. With very few questions that came my way. I think the only thing I was asked was my full name and address. I was absolutely gushing hearts when I received the simple "we've sent a replacement mattress to you, free of charge."
In the end, OneStepAhead is getting my continued business. I can't wait to buy from them again, when I need something. Their customer service, perfecto.**
Due to the reviews of OTHER Peapods made by Kidco and not sold through "One Step Ahead" I was waiting to open the box and fall over dead from the 'stench' of plastic that hid inside. According to other reivews it's so strong you need to air the mattress out for days, or even... Read more

So easy!, November 14, 2011 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: PeaPod Plus Baby Travel Bed (Baby Product) This tent is great! I couldn't believe how easy it was to set up and fold again. Baby loved it, thought it was great fun. I'm really excited to use this instead of a bulky pack'n play for holiday travel! I hope we'll get a lot of use, this is huge. I got into it with baby and kitty ;)
I just hope it wears well....
